Restaurants specialising in Mediterranean cuisine offer a selection of fresh local fish and meat dishes, and a varied array of typically Maltese dishes.
The standard offered consists of a three-course meal, a half bottle of local wine, mineral water and coffee. The meal can be upgraded, thus increasing the number of courses offered top wines (a choice of top local wines or foreign wine) and a welcome cocktail or liqueur.

Should an organiser wishes, we can also print all menus for both lunches or dinners, including company logos or any other information or message the client may want.
Another activity for dinner, which has proved to be a success with all our clients, is the Dine Around programme. This consists of giving participants a list of first class restaurants situated in the vicinity of their hotel - such as Sliema, St Julian's, Marsaxlokk and Marsascala. Participants are then able to make their own reservations through our hostesses. The participants will be given a choice of four or five restaurants to choose from. Meals consist of a set three-course menu with a choice of two dishes per course, including a half bottle local wine, mineral water and coffee. The activity works very well with large groups, as it gives participants the chance to dine in a restaurant of their choice and at a leisurely pace. |
