Top Team Incentives is an up and coming destination management company. Sandra La Rosa (pictured left), owner and managing director of Top Team Incentives, has several years to her credit in this business.
Her venture into the world of tourism started in Rome in 1980. There she organised international congresses, mainly in the field of pharmaceuticals, in various cities around the world. This she did until 1982 when she became manager of a destination management company in Palermo, Sicily.
In Palermo she gained valuable experience, organising conferences and conventions worldwide, until she returned to Malta in 1992 to become manager of a local DMC.
In 1995, with this varied portfolio of experience, she formed her own company - Top Team Incentives.
Although the company was established in the mid-1990s, Top Team Incentives can boast of hosting various conferences and incentives for clients such as Aventis Pharma, Bosch, Compaq, Grundig, Motorola, Brother, Smithkline Beecham, Abbott Laboratories, Beissel, Le Panto, Cilag International, Panasonic, Publisuisse, Wüstenrot, Schindler and various other international names.
